What is water based product?

What is oil based product?
: Oil based products are facial oil, oil serum and balm whose first ingredient on the label is oil, mineral oil or silicone. These are more occlusive than water soluble ingredients that cover and protect skin, and lock moisture in.
What if oil based product is used before water based product?
: If oil based products are used first, it will cover the skin. Moisturizers can't be fully absorbed and water soluble ingredients in moisturizers are hard to penetrate into skin.
How to use facial oil?
: Apply facial oils after moisturizers or mix few drops of oils with moisturizers. Oils are benefitial for dry and tired skin. Start including it in your skincare routine.
