What is Eczema?
Eczema (Atopic dermatitis) is a condition that makes your skin red and itchy. It's common in children but can occur at any age. This symptom can be either periodically or chronic.

How to treat Eczema at home?
-Apply cool compresses to your skin. Taking a colloidal oatmeal bath can help relieve the itch.
-Moisturize your skin daily with a rich, oil-based cream or ointment to protect skin barrier. Apply the cream right after taking a shower or a bath to seal in moisture.
-After shower or bath, gently tap with a soft towel. Never rub.
-Avoid scratching. It could cause an infection.
-When use detergents, cleansers, makeup, and other skin care products avoid fragrance, alkaline product, and harsh surfactants like sulfate.
-Wear gloves and protective clothing whenever you handle chemicals.
-Wear loose-fitting clothes made from soft fibers, like cotton.
